Each service is priced separately, and the scope of work is clearly defined for every offering. Please select the service that best suits your requirements.
Service Scope
- WordPress Theme Installation and Demo Import:
- We will install your WordPress theme and configure it to match the demo provided by the theme author. This service does not include customizations beyond the demo setup.
- WordPress Plugin Installation and Configuration:
- Our team will install your selected plugins and configure them for optimal performance. Compatibility checks with existing themes and plugins are included.
- Pre-built WordPress Website Installation Service:
- This service covers the complete setup of pre-built WordPress websites purchased directly from Kartisoft. It includes the installation of all themes, plugins, and demo content.
- WordPress Website Customization Service:
- Customizations include design, layout, or functional tweaks to your WordPress site as per your specifications. This service does not include complex development tasks.
- WordPress Website Migration Service:
- We will migrate your WordPress website to a new hosting provider, ensuring data security and minimal downtime. The service includes database transfer and testing post-migration.
Service Exclusions
- Our services do not include support for GPL themes, plugins, Elementor template kits, or third-party products unless specified. For issues with such products, please contact the original author or developer.
- Additional work outside the defined scope of service may incur extra charges.
Contact and Support
- All service-related queries must be communicated via email or WhatsApp. Phone support is not available.
- You will receive a response to your queries within 2 business days.
Renewal and Validity
- Add-on services are one-time offerings and do not require renewal.
- Service validity extends only to the specified tasks outlined at the time of purchase.
